Course Description: This course will give the student an overview of successful management in the Hospitality Industry. Focus is on communicating effectively in a multicultural, dynamic organization and in gaining skills that a manager must have in order to become a great coach and supervisor.

Cultural Diversity for the Cruise Industry

CEU Credits: 1.5
Course Description: Gaining a better insight to cultural diversity will help communication become more effective across cultural lines and will help eliminate conflict resolution resulting from diverse backgrounds. This course celebrates cultural diversity and focuses on enhancing customer service.

Current Dates

The featured courses this month will start on April 20, 2009. They are each three weeks long and can be taken consecutively (one after the other) or simultaneously (both at the same time). These courses are only offered online. These courses are currently being offered at no charge (usually $150 each) as a special study is being conducted around them. Applicants will be expected to complete the course. Those who successfully complete the course/s will be awarded 1.5 continuing education credit units from Wessex University.
