Background:   Dr. Baumanis is American by citizenship but a "global citizen" by nature.  She originates from the Philippine Islands.  For several years early in her career, Dr. Baumanis worked and lived in Frankfurt, Germany.  She traveled extensively throughout Europe, concentrating most of her travels to Germany, Italy, France, Austria and the Benelux.  Today, she travels mostly throughout the Caribbean and consults in Training and Development focusing on management and human resources.
